Refund and Exchanges Policy

At NeuroTint, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below regarding refunds and exchanges.

Prescription Orders

  • No Refunds: Due to the custom nature of prescription lenses, we do not offer refunds on prescription orders.
  • One-Time Exchange: You may request a one-time exchange of the frame and/or lens option within 30 days of receiving your order. This includes changes in frame style or lens type (e.g. tint or coating).
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for exchanges.

Non-Prescription Orders

  • Refund or One-Time Exchange: You are eligible for either a full refund or a one-time exchange of frame and/ or lenses within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned products must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the product is received and inspected.
